Vengrove is a highly active and driven real estate investment firm with a proven track record. Their expertise is centred around originating and negotiating investments, adopting optimum capital structures, procuring third-party finance, pro-active asset management and divestment.

The client wanted a space that was light and simple but that reflected the history of the building itself. With large architectural elements throughout, crittall glass and being right on the canal front, the space needed to represent this. We were given a strict budget to work towards and had to ensure the space met their requirements within that budget.
