Legal & General are a multinational financial services provider with a significant investment management division.
As a previous client and advocate of ThirdWay’s Cat A+ demo offering, they decided to enhance a vacant floor within their building on The Strand to improve its marketability and likelihood of securing a tenant.
The brief was simply to replicate the previous success at 120 Aldersgate which had let within a few weeks of its Cat A+ makeover.
ThirdWay provided the floor plans and created a simple concept that would appeal to corporate or creative prospective customers alike. The space includes a teapoint with feature finishes (a slate grey top, pattered splash back and panelled doors), a breakfast bar area for collaborative working, and a flexible meeting room suite that provides a boardroom or split meeting room facility.
Finalising the proposal took 2-3 weeks and the build itself was only 3 weeks in the making. Fast fit-out without compromising on the quality of finish is a ThirdWay specialty .
