Our process

Our process is almost an anti-process; not formulaic, no pre-conceived ideas and certainly no pre-determined designs. We approach each project with an open mind throughout all stages of development, design and delivery.

We Look/We Find We'll visit the site, research the context, history, planning constraints, and source precedents, references and visual inspiration to find opportunity.

We Ask/We Listen We maintain a collaborative process throughout, asking questions and listening to feedback and advice to build the right brief for you.

We Draw/We Make We develop the design through drawings and physical models to test, reconsider, and re-work the proposal. We work through iterations to ensure the scheme is right for your brief, and is reviewed regularly with you.

We Create/ We Build We prepare information for planning applications, tender packages, and construction sets, working closely with the interiors, contractors and technicians within the Thirdway Group to give you a comprehensive and competitive offering. We’ll remain committed to the project from conception, right through to building completion.

Our process
